As a result this thread will not only provide the essential information, but will also link to other useful threads that have not yet been stickied or are too specific to warrant their own sticky.

Untalented Abilities are now all updated. The rest is being tested, and should hopefully be up by Friday the 13th. I just want to get things complete rather than add incomplete details. Expect most of it to happen this weekend, but smaller updates will come in all of next week most likely.
