Divinity:
Lance of Mitra -- 2.5 second cast
I love this talent... when combined with Divine lance/sacred lance. In group PvE I use this in rotation with smite and rebuke. It's extra healing, and when mobs are clumped, the damage with bounce of and hit eachother making it much, much more damage than smite. Hitting a single mob with it doesn't do much damage, but again, it's a decent minor heal.
All the Lance of Mitra feats are a must have for PvE as well as a benefit to PvP.
Lance of Mitras column damage is broken right now for the time being.
----------------
Divine Lance -- Adds a heal to the lance. Healing all friendly allies in range of the enemy being damaged.
Healing doesn't scale really well at high levels, but it's still decent boost. It heals for around 340 at 80. Every little bit of healing counts, and it adds up.
----------------
Sacred Lance -- The range of the healing of Divine Lance is significantly increased.
Adds 1 meter for each point invested. It's a good idea if you use divine lance to add 3-5 in it.
----------------
Holy Ascension -- Has a chance to give you a free spell every tick of WoL if maxed. It's an all or nothing feat.
Great mana management talent if your going Divinity spec. There is a problem with group runs with it, it only works if your hot is active on you, and if another healer keeps overwriting your hots, you have to click it off and cast your own.
----------------
Spiritual Feedback -- Holy damage is increased depending on how many targets are effected by wave of life.
It caps out on 10%. Group talent, nice damage boost for raids/group pvp. If you spec for Guiding spirit, it's possible to spam yourself quickly up to the 10% cap, then spam once every 10 sec to keep it up solo. Honestly, I don't think it's worth it as a solo talent at all. Pretty much only effective in full groups.
1.7% 1 stack 5% 3 stack 10% 5 stack
----------------
Clarity of Mind -- One free spell every 2 minutes.
meh by itself, but the improved feat makes it shine.
----------------
Force of Will -- 3 points in it makes the next spell cast under Clarity of Mind do extra damage. 90% to repulse, 150% to smite/lance/ ect.
Great PvP talent to add that umph in spike damage.
----------------
Wrath of Mitra -- adds significant holy damage that scales with level.
Substantial DPS increase when combined with Exemplar. Viable and necessary in DPS specs. Adds around +56 holy damage
----------------
Purification-- Almost every holy damage spell has a chance to proc additional damage. This damage also scales with your +holy gear, but very poorly. It adds around 100'ish damage if I remember correctly. Not a very useful feat unless your trying to dig around for as much dps as you can. Wrath of Mitra is better PvP wise, while Purification adds a bit more PvE wise spamming lance. It's basically a Direct Damage (DD) proc with the following proc chances.
8% - smite, rebuke, repulse, cleansing fire 42% - Lance 100% condemnation
----------------
Sanctification Increases damage of purification against undead.
Kind of useless unless your specing purely to fight undead!
----------------
Condemnation - Channeled dps spell 8 seconds.
PvE talent to kill minions quickly. Dps on it is terrible though, only useful in raids. Apparently it does not kill players minions.
8 second channel, does a small DoT tick as it's being channeled, with a burst of holy damage at the end killing allt minions of the target. Again, the damage is terrible, and only worth getting to kill minions in PvE.
----------------
Light of Mitra -- Each WoL and EoL provided a mana and stam regen for the group that does not scale with level. Hopefully the scaling will be fixed soon.
----------------
Blessing of Mitra -- ~8 channeled spell that reduced the damage your target takes by 20%. 3 minute cooldown. After the spell finish channeling, both the target and the priest get a 20% damage buff for 20 seconds.
Definitely a PvE spell by iteself. Wrathful blessing can make it a decent pvp spell.
Channeling causes no threat.
Cannot be stacked with another priest as it creates a debuff on the target for one minute. Debuff states the target can't be blessed again during its duration.
----------------
Vengeful Blessing -- Blessing of Mitra adds 20% damage increase to the target during channeling.
It's again decent.
----------------
Wrathful Blessing Gives blessing of Mitra instant AoE damage after channeling ends.
It does very good damage, around that of a CoM imp repulse. Great in pvp if you can get it off, and I suspect will have its shining moments in PvE. It is possible right now to start channeling on someone, then have them run into a pvp battle and have it go off. Turning your blessing of mitra into a BoM!
Causes no threat from damage to the priest
----------------
Improved Repulse -- Makes Repulse do more damage. Great for PvP. Adds a good amount. Pre req for Empowered repulse. The specifics is 10% per feat point, 30% added damage to repulse fully feated.
----------------
Empowered Repulse -- Allows you to knock back lighter targets further, and allows you to knockback heavy armor (but not Guardians) as well. Now adds an extra 1 meter in the knockback per feat point.
Decent pvp feat of course.
----------------
Exorcism -- 2.5 second cast, 3 minute cooldown. Breaks fear and mez, and grants immunity for 5 seconds.
I don't really like this due to the cast time.
----------------
Spiritual Warding Increases resistance to charm and fear (passive)
It's useful for pvp. But the person cc'ing can just spam their spell a couple times to get it off if they realize you've resisted. In mass pvp it can be useful as things are quite chaotic.
----------------
Blessed armor of faith/unyeilding faith -- This reduces your armor of faith penalties to -22 holy damage at level 80. The mana penalty is also significantly reduced, making it negligible.
Amazing PvP talent!! Survivability against melee=happy PoM PoM
----------------
Blinding Light -- Reduces the holy invuln of the target. Stacks up to 15% reduction.
Very nice talent, but also requires a serious commitment to the tree. A little confused why they put a great PvE talent after a great PvP one.
Cleansing fire is sadly still bugged and procs the debuff on the priest with this, not the target.
Default Blinding light lists the proc rate as the following:
100% lance of mitra 21% rebuke 21% repulse 21% cleansing fire(bugged) 21% smite
----------------
Holy Cleansing--Converts unholy and poison damage to healing and gives you an aoe damage tick. 3 second cast, 5 minute cooldown.
Great against anything that uses poison or unholy damage. A decent pvp and pve feat. Who doesn't want to absorb damage? Cooldowns a bit long though and the damage part isn't that great.
----------------
Holy Surge -- Increases critical chance of all holy damage spells
Increases crit chance by 10% maxed out. One of the three deep Divinity spells that makes divinity worth going into (PvP)
----------------
Overwhelming Light -- Increases critical damage of holy spells
Maxed out it increases critical damage by 50%, so when a crit hits, it does 50% more damage than before. The second must have deep divinity (PvP
----------------
Avatar of Mitra -- Instant cast, 5-6 yard radius PBAOE 5 second stun. 2 minute cooldown. Also fears undead and minions
Great talent. Gives you another CC spell, it's an AoE, and because the insta cast makes me drool. This spell coming after the two previous damage boosters.
